Meet Amir,
your head coach

International water polo competitor. AUSTSWIM-certified swim instructor. A Melbourne coach who has taken swimmers from their first lap to national-league competition, and occupational candidates through the tests that decide their careers.

Whether you want to feel safe in the water for the first time or compete at the highest level, the coaching standard is the same.

Amir Moradi (Amirali Moradinoghondar) is a professionally qualified swim instructor and water polo coach based in Melbourne. He coaches swimmers from three-year-old beginners to adult national-league athletes, and has personally prepared more than 50 candidates for police, defence, navy, aviation and lifeguard swimming assessments.

His playing career began in Iran, where he spent six seasons in the Waterpolo Premier and National Youth Leagues between 2016 and 2021, finishing runner-up in 2018–19 with Azad University. He represented Iran at the 2019 FINA World Junior Championship in Kuwait, and took bronze at the 2018 Asian Youth Championship in Tashkent as the tournament's top scorer. In Melbourne he plays the Australian Water Polo League with Victoria Phoenix and was the Victorian State League's leading goal scorer in 2023 and 2024, with 57 goals across the 2023/24 season as Richmond reached the State League 1 Grand Final.

That depth is rare in a swim instructor. It means the technical model is real, the feedback is specific, and the corrections hold.

Questions operators ask

Amir holds professional coaching insurance and operates under current AUSTSWIM, Working With Children, CPR and First Aid certification at all times. Certificates are provided directly to your compliance file before a program starts.

No. Sessions are scheduled around your facility's existing timetable. One-on-one coaching means no group-class disruption and no added noise or traffic to manage.

Opt-in only. It's offered as a resident or member amenity: people book directly, and there's no fixed quota the facility needs to fill.

There's no fixed rate card. A short scoping call establishes whether a venue fee, resident-paid sessions, or a hybrid model suits your facility, confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Exclusivity is agreed per facility during setup, not assumed either way. Raise it in the initial conversation and it's addressed directly, before a pilot begins.

Sessions are delivered personally by Amir. If something arises, your facility contact is notified directly and the session is rescheduled, never covered by an unvetted casual sub. Any coach added as a partnership scales is held to the same certification and vetting standard.

Yes. Every credential above is provided in full before a program begins, not just on request afterward. If your body corporate needs a specific format for its compliance file, just ask.

Anytime, for future weeks. Just note it in your next availability submission or message Amir directly from your dashboard.
🤝
Your session is one-on-one with Amir, or shared only with the partner, siblings, family, or friends you bring yourself. Never a group of strangers, never a franchise instructor, never a substitute coach.
